Monroe Staffing, a division of Staffing 360 Solutions, is seeking a skilled and motivated Onsite Coordinator for a well-known Distribution Center located in Uxbridge, MA.
The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years of lead experience, along with the ability to work in a warehouse setting.
A successful Onsite Coordinator will ensure that the client's staffing needs are met through organizing assignments and engaging with and maintaining a safe work environment through training and awareness for our temporary associates.

Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues 10hrs (flexible) Key Responsibilities of an Onsite Coordinator:
Maintaining quality and continuous improvement Responding to and reporting injuries Track and ensure employees utilize Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), replace as needed Support weekly payroll processes through timecard tracking and approval, noting when hours are missing Submitting daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the staffing team and client Willing to take control of challenging situations and provide solutions quickly Qualifications of an Onsite Coordinator:

years in warehouse, production, or food industry experience with 1
